We are a small family run business with 15 years in the construction industry, I started my career with a world wide known contractor who's reputation and commitment to Health & Safety has helped me excel in my field. I started out in the construction industry as a HIAB operator delivering plant & equipment to sites in and around the M25, I noticed a gap within  Health & Safety Advice and construction knowledge so I pursued my goal in becoming a Health and Safety Advisor with a business that leads with passion. 

We now want to share our passion and commitment with all our clients which is why we chose to start our consultancy & training business. 

We specialise in Commercial builds, residential builds and underground utilities (gas, water & electric sectors) 

Accidents / incidents within the work place do not only affect the people who are directly involved, there are lots of down points when something goes wrong on site however this should not hold you back take the time to investigate and learn from what has gone wrong we can help you.

We have great knowledge around accident / incident reporting, I hold a level 7 masters degree in accident investigation and evidence gathering. We look at what happened, how it happened and most importantly what can we learn from the situation so that we can prevent reoccurrence in the future, we will not pass blame on anyone we go back to the beginning to see what has happened to cause a breakdown which forms our future learning, We operate a fair and just culture. 

We look at basic risk factors, human error or violation, design failure, leadership and lots more so that we get the outcome we all need to move forward. 

Site inspections or Audits are a great tool for learning as a business when carried out with an open approach.

Lots of people within our industry see inspections and audits as a negative we see them as a positive, when we carry out site inspections we do so with an open and honest approach, we will give feedback and recommendations that are in line with current legislation, we can help put things in place (if needed) to promote a better place to work, our knowledge and experience allows us to understand business needs and requirements, it is not about spending thousands of pounds to make the workplace safer, it is all about working together as a team and to take ideas from all level of staff as we all have great ideas and together you and your business will become a huge success.
